Timeline and procedures for exhibit setup at AHR 2025

Move-in begins Thursday Feb 6 at 8AM through Sunday Feb 9 at 3:30PM. Targeted move-in schedule applies. Empty crates must be labeled and left in aisles by Sunday 3:30PM. Pick up labor at Labor Desk when supervising Freeman workers.
