Guidelines for shipping materials to warehouse and show site

Ship early to warehouse starting Jan 7. Materials after Jan 29 incur additional charges. Show site accepts shipments starting Feb 6. Include certified weight tickets. Provide carriers with show name, exhibitor name, and booth number.
